We value our customers - free 'Royal Mail Tracked 48' shipping across our full range of gowns (UK only). We provide the following services:

Tracked 48 - Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday - Saturday.

Tracked 24 - Orders must be placed by 1pm Monday - Saturday. (£5.00)

We hope you love your gown. Rest assured all gowns go through quality checks before delivery but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within our return window as outlined below:

Returns Eligibility

• Returns must be requested at 'info@hayal.uk' within 3 days of receiving your order. 
  
• Gowns must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Refunds

• If the returned item passes our inspection, we will issue a full refund for the product price.
  
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gowns that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
• Items returned after the 3-day return period.
• Items returned without original tags or packaging

How to Start a Return 

Please email us at at Info@hayal.uk with the following:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

We’ll provide instructions and return address details.

International Orders

We do not have a RETURN or EXCHANGE policy for international orders due to shipping & customs cost. You are kindly requested to take this into consideration when placing your order.

Refunds and cancellations cannot be made for your orders that have been shipped out.

Customs and Import Tax

Packages sent abroad may be subject to customs in accordance with the laws of the country where the order is placed. In this case, customs officers will contact you and inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.

Customs and import duties are between you and the laws of the country you place your order from. Hayal Ltd has no responsibility in this regard.
